This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Escape (“Arrow Escape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Arrow Escape mobile game, website, purchases, subscriptions, advertising features, and related services.
Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, Arrow Escape and its service providers may process device and app identifiers, platform and operating-system information, approximate region, gameplay and diagnostic events, crash and performance data, purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, advertising interactions, consent choices, and support communications.
Arrow Escape does not directly receive or store your full payment-card or bank details.
How Information Is Used
- operate and secure the Game;
- validate purchases and Premium entitlements;
- deliver Coins and eligible rewards;
- provide, limit, and measure advertisements;
- diagnose crashes and performance issues;
- prevent fraud, transaction replay, cheating, and reward abuse;
- respond to support and privacy requests;
- comply with store, legal, and regulatory obligations.
Purchases and Subscriptions
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases, maintain subscription status, and provide entitlement lifecycle information. Restore Purchases may restore eligible subscription entitlements but does not recreate consumed virtual Coins.
Advertising and Analytics
Arrow Escape uses Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and AppLovin MAX integrations for eligible advertising functionality. These services may process device identifiers, approximate region, ad requests, impressions, completions, and related diagnostics according to their own policies and applicable consent choices. Premium users are not shown forced interstitial advertisements while their qualifying entitlement remains active; optional Rewarded Ads may remain available.
Data Sharing
Information may be shared with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin MAX, hosting and infrastructure providers, and other service providers only as needed to operate, protect, analyze, and support Arrow Escape or comply with law.
Retention and Security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, fraud prevention, support, financial reconciliation, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method of electronic processing is completely secure.
Your Choices
You may manage platform permissions, consent choices, advertising settings, and subscriptions through your device, Apple App Store, or Google Play settings. You may contact us about privacy requests. Rights vary by location and applicable law.
Children
If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to digital services in your country, use Arrow Escape only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information from children for ordinary gameplay.
International Processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
