Arrow Escape — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arrow Escape mobile game, website, virtual items, subscriptions, and related services provided under the Arrow Escape brand (“Arrow Escape,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Arrow Escape, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the Game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

The Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, the third-party services used by the Game, and the choices available to you.

2. Eligibility and Age

You may use Arrow Escape only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age at which you may independently consent to digital services or purchases in your country, you may use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for purchases and use of the Game by minors under their supervision.

3. License to Use Arrow Escape

Arrow Escape is licensed, not sold.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Arrow Escape grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Except for this limited license, no ownership rights in the Game, its software, source code, artwork, designs, graphics, audio, levels, interface, branding, or other intellectual property are transferred to you.

4. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use cheats, exploits, bots, automation tools, hacks, mods, or unauthorized software to alter the Game.
• Interfere with purchasing systems, advertisements, subscription verification, rewards, security systems, or network services.
• Falsify, manipulate, replay, or abuse purchase transactions, subscriptions, advertising rewards, virtual currency, or game progress.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, servers, data, or services.
• Distribute malicious software or interfere with the proper operation of the Game.
• Use the Game for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access to functionality where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms.

5. Virtual Coins and In-Game Items

Arrow Escape may allow you to earn or purchase virtual currency (“Coins”).

Coins may be used for eligible in-game functionality, including tools, continues, and other virtual benefits.

Coins:

• exist only within Arrow Escape;
• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
• cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Game;
• do not represent stored monetary value, a bank balance, or a financial asset.

Coin packages may be offered as consumable in-app purchases.

Consumable Coins that have already been used are not restored through the Restore Purchases function.

We may modify the availability, pricing, quantity, or functionality of virtual items subject to applicable law and the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play.

6. Premium Subscription

Arrow Escape offers optional Premium subscriptions, which may include:

• Monthly Premium
• Yearly Premium

While an eligible Premium subscription remains active, Premium benefits may include:

• access to all available game levels;
• access to all Premium themes;
• removal of forced advertisements;
• 1,000 Coins upon an eligible Premium activation;
• 100 Premium Coins per eligible daily period while Premium remains active;
• x2 rewards on eligible in-game Coin rewards.

The benefits displayed in the Game at the time of purchase form part of the Premium offering.

Premium users may still voluntarily choose to watch Rewarded Ads in eligible situations.

7. Premium Coin Benefits

An eligible Premium activation may provide a one-time reward of 1,000 Coins.

An active Premium subscription may also provide 100 Coins per eligible daily period.

Certain eligible gameplay rewards may receive a x2 Premium multiplier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• the 1,000 Coin activation reward is not multiplied;
• the 100 Coin daily Premium reward is not multiplied;
• purchased Coin packages are not multiplied;
• refunds, restorations, and manual balance corrections are not multiplied.

Eligibility is determined using the applicable store and subscription verification systems.

8. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms displayed by the applicable store at the time of purchase.

Your store account will be charged according to the subscription price, billing cycle, taxes, currency, and other conditions displayed by Apple or Google.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal. Premium access may remain active until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Deleting Arrow Escape does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

9. Restore Purchases

Arrow Escape may provide a Restore Purchases function.

Restore Purchases may restore eligible subscription entitlements associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

Restore Purchases:

• does not recreate Coins that were previously purchased and consumed;
• does not grant duplicate consumable purchases;
• does not automatically grant another 1,000 Coin Premium activation reward for the same existing entitlement.

10. Purchases, Pricing and Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Arrow Escape does not directly process or store your payment card or bank information.

Prices and currencies may vary depending on your country, store region, applicable taxes, and platform.

The price displayed by Apple or Google before purchase is the applicable purchase price.

Refund requests are generally handled under the policies and procedures of the store through which the purchase was made.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, consumer, or statutory rights available to you under applicable law.

11. Advertising

Arrow Escape may display advertisements to users who do not have an active Premium entitlement.

Advertising may include:

• Rewarded Ads
• Interstitial Ads

Rewarded Ads are optional.

An in-game benefit is provided only when the advertising provider confirms successful completion of the eligible Rewarded Ad.

If an advertisement:

• fails to load;
• is unavailable;
• is closed before successful completion;
• loses connectivity;
• or fails to provide a valid completion callback,

the associated reward may not be provided.

Premium users are not shown forced advertisements while their qualifying Premium entitlement remains active.

Optional Rewarded Ads may still be available to Premium users where they voluntarily choose to watch one.

12. Offline Use

Certain Arrow Escape gameplay functionality may operate without an internet connection.

An internet connection may be required for:

• subscription purchases;
• Coin purchases;
• Restore Purchases;
• subscription verification or refresh;
• Rewarded Ads;
• advertisements;
• certain third-party services.

Coins already stored in the Game may remain usable offline where supported.

We do not guarantee that every feature will function offline.

13. Third-Party Services

Arrow Escape uses or may interact with third-party platforms and services necessary for purchases, subscriptions, advertising, analytics, diagnostics, and operation.

These may include:

• Apple
• Google
• RevenueCat
• AppLovin MAX
• Google AdMob
• Unity Ads

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Arrow Escape is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or other matters outside our reasonable control involving those services.

14. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, improve, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of Arrow Escape from time to time.

Updates may be required for:

• security;
• compatibility;
• bug fixes;
• gameplay improvements;
• legal or store requirements;
• advertising integrations;
• purchasing systems;
• operating system changes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Game or every feature.

15. Intellectual Property

Arrow Escape, including its software, gameplay implementation, interface, graphics, text, branding, designs, audio, and other content, is owned by or lawfully licensed for use by Arrow Escape.

The Game may also contain third-party assets, libraries, services, trademarks, or technologies belonging to their respective owners and licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, commercially exploit, or use Arrow Escape intellectual property except as expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable law.

16. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding Arrow Escape, you permit us to use such feedback to develop, operate, improve, market, or support the Game without compensation or obligation to you.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrow Escape is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Game will always be uninterrupted;
• the Game will always be free from bugs or errors;
• every device will remain compatible;
• every third-party service will always be available;
• advertisements will always be available;
• purchases or store services will always be available in every country.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrow Escape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use or inability to use the Game.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability resulting from fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer protection law.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, liabilities, damages, or losses resulting from:

• unlawful use of Arrow Escape;
• intentional misuse of the Game;
• fraud or manipulation;
• material violation of these Terms;
• infringement of third-party rights caused by your conduct.

This provision does not apply where responsibility results from our own conduct or where applicable law prohibits such indemnification.

20. Application Stores

If you obtain Arrow Escape through Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of the Game is also subject to the applicable store terms.

Apple and Google are not responsible for developing, operating, maintaining, or supporting Arrow Escape except as required under their applicable terms or applicable law.

Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and related billing are administered by the applicable store.

Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by their respective platform agreements.

21. Protection Against Fraud and Abuse

Arrow Escape does not currently require a separate Arrow Escape user account for ordinary gameplay.

However, we may restrict access to purchasing, advertising rewards, online functionality, virtual currency, or other services when we reasonably detect:

• transaction replay;
• unauthorized purchase manipulation;
• subscription fraud;
• cheating;
• advertising reward abuse;
• tampering;
• security threats;
• other misuse of the Game.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

• Arrow Escape;
• applicable laws;
• platform requirements;
• business practices;
• third-party services.

Where required by law, material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.

24. Force Majeure

Arrow Escape will not be responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• natural disasters;
• war;
• government action;
• civil disturbances;
• internet outages;
• infrastructure failures;
• third-party platform outages;
• labor disputes;
• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
